Kevin B. Donovan, CPA
Kevin is a 1985 graduate of Merrimack College with a degree in accounting. He has been a licensed
Certified Public Accountant since 1988. Kevin has worked with a variety of industries including retail, construction, real estate, high tech and has extensive experience in automotive sales and service.

Emily C. Donovan, CPA
Emily is a 1986 Graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in accounting. Emily has been a
licensed Certified Public Accountant since 1991. Emily began her career with a “Big Eight” public
accounting firm, followed by a successful management career at a Fortune 500 company before
returning to public practice.
